What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email, phone, town, and the content of any message or assistance request you submit. Newsletter signups collect an email address. Donations are processed by Zeffy, which handles payment details, we never see or store your card information.
How we use it
To respond to you, review assistance requests, send the newsletter you asked for, coordinate volunteers and events, and keep accurate records for our nonprofit filings. That's it.
Family privacy
Information shared in an assistance request is treated as confidential. We never publish a family's name, photo, or story, on our website, in a newsletter, or on social media, without explicit written permission, and permission can be withdrawn at any time.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not send you mail you didn't ask for.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties for specific jobs: Zeffy for donation processing and an email marketing provider for the newsletter. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us, and we will act on it promptly.
